Our Story

From the chilly fresh lochs of the Scottish highlands to the balmy ocean currents of northern Australia, our journey to find, catch and deliver you the world’s most remarkable seafood knows no bound.

With a keen eye for quality and a relentless sense of adventure, our passion for finding the freshest, tastiest and best seafood runs deeper than the Pacific Ocean.

Sustainability & Traceability

Substainability & Tracability

Our Company endeavors to source its fish from sustainable well-managed fisheries and responsibly farmed aquaculture operations. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure our seafood is traceable back to source whether wild caught or farmed.

In the case of wild-caught fish from New Zealand our supplier is accredited with Friends of the Sea, our Scottish smoked salmon is accredited with the Freedom Food and our Organic salmon is accredited by the UK Soil Association.

Chilling with us

at the DOCK

The DOCK, Thailand’s best Oyster Bar & Bistro is located in the Gourmet Market which is on the ground floor at Siam Paragon Department Store, Siam Square. The oysters are imported by ourselves and selected from discerning suppliers are kept alive in a self-cleaning live tank system, which is a showcase in itself.

Come try Gillardeau, Tsarkaya & Fine de Claire oysters from France, rock oysters from Loch Fyne in Scotland, or Sydney Rocks from Australia to name a few.

As well as oysters, the DOCK also serves a wide range of seafood platters and other exquisite dishes.
