Recommended cooking
To check for any bones, stroke it with your fingers along the middle along with the length of the fish. If a tailbone is found, remove it with pliers or tweezers.

Cooking method: grilled, baked, broiled, or pan-fried with skin down after lightly brushing with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and pepper. It can be cooked in water (Poach) or steamed.

Storage

Store chilled on ice or in the refrigerator (0–4 °C). Consumed within 2–3 days. Do not freeze.
